Make the Media App Version Name column link through to the Version Detail Page

We've heard some feedback that it would be helpful to have a link to the Version Detail Page included in the Media App within the Version Name column.

We use a version of the Shotgun Drag and Drop script on Nukepedia to allow dropping links to SG detail pages into the DAG in Nuke - we need a normal hypertext link (not a javascript thing) for this!
