Point Gantt Chart Start/End dates to other date fields

We have additional date fields on our tasks so that we can compare due dates vs actual dates and so on.

The gantt chart widget would have more usability to us if the start/end dates were able to point at other fields instead of hardcoded to the start date and due date for a task.

    I agree.

    We must be able to track it for an extended preiod of time.

    And if this functuin will be maken, it will be able to help to check an extended preiod easily in gantt page.
