Howdy,
When you reply to a note in the sg, it send an email (if you have it set in your personal settings).
The email, has a grey box that contains the following info about that note :
Project,Created by, To,CC,Date Created,Type,Status.
How can i make sure the Note id is in that grey box?

Hi Kym,
You can specify the fields that appear in a Note body by going to Site Preferences > Email Layouts and User Defaults > Layout Options > "Display these Note fields in email body". Add "id" to the list and it will start appearing in the email body.

In case you guys are interested, I ended out writing a simple python script for my android phone so i could respond to notes without having to wait till i could get back on a computer to acess shotgun.
