We're running Shotgun on the PC through a proxy server but when we try and integrate it with RV it can't access the shotgun information because it doesn't seem to use the proxy server. Any ideas on how we can make RV use our proxy server?

Unfortunately its still not possible to have RV communicate with Shotgun if its behind a proxy, however its something we've been hearing a lot of recently, so we've opened a fresh feature request for this
Please keep an eye on that thread to see the progress on this feature.
