Script Authentication Issues

Hello,

I'm inquiring for a Customer having issues authenticating  for integration scripts. We can not re-create the issue on our side. Hoping you can shed some light on this error and the possible causes and solutions. Mine authenticates while his does not. Below is the error that he is receiving.

Connecting to Shotgun as 'mariuz'... Unexpected Error:
<class 'shotgun_api3.shotgun.AuthenticationFault'>
Can't authenticate script 'deadline_integreation'
--End Error Info'
Filtering Tasks for Enttity 'a'... done!

  Hi Charles,

  The error reports:

  "Can't authenticate script 'deadline_integreation'"

  There is a typo in the script name. Proper spelling is on the Scripts Page in the Admin Menu.
