Chris Opena Ann, our greatest apologies for the extended down time. On certain sites we ran into an issue with the database migration process which required some additional troubleshooting. Consequently, we took the site down again for maintenance to ensure that no new data entered into the system would be damaged by the migration process.
Normally, our weekly updates require only a few minutes of downtime per site, but this one in particular needed more time than usual due to the full version upgrade. Often, as part of the addition of new features, changes need to happen to the database which take much longer than a simple code upgrade. We will do our best next time to make sure that the announcements on our support home page reflect the duration necessary to complete the upgrade.
Once again, our apologies. Your site is now up and running from my own testing, and everything is looking good.
