Is there a way to keep them in sync across projects?
Because there is no such option in 'Site Preferences' -> 'Detal Pages'

KP There isn't currently any way to lock the layout of these pages across projects. However, in 1.12 you can setup the Global Default Layout for the Version detail page and then "revert" the Project's Version detail page layout to the Global Default. If you're worried about people creating and modifying pages too much we can also lock down the ability to create Project pages using Permissions. So for example, you could limit the creation and modification of Project pages to only Admins. But generally, Managers are good candidates for page configuration since they are doing a lot of interaction with Shotgun.
