Hi team,
When we intergrate shotgun with RV,it reports an error:An unhandled win32 exception occurred in rv.exe[5224].Please find it in the attachments.This error always appears on both our site and the demon site(https://rvdemo.shotgunstudio.com).
The version of RV we used is 3.10.13-32 and the configuration is followed the instruction.So do you have any suggestions?

That sounds like something fairly fundamental going wrong. Can you run RV alone without it crashing ?
One easy thing to try: from the config.jpg image that you attached, it looks like you have several optional packages loaded. At least one of these (OS dependent path conversion) is an example package that needs to be modified before it'll actually work. And the Nuke package should never be loaded (Nuke itself will force it to load when it's needed). So could you please unload these packages and try again ?
