When I go into the People tab, the Calendar view is inactive. Is there a possibility to view all employees in one Gantt chart so that I can see who has a spare day here or there?

Ben Hadden Hi Nick,
The "Calendar View" option on a page shows all Tasks linked to things on that page, so it would show Tasks linked to People (not "Assigned To"), but I totally see what you're after. Right now, there isn't an excellent way to show a list of your People with their Tasks alongside them--the best way to do this is to look at your main Schedule page and group by "Assigned To". Another method that works well is to create a query field on People that shows a count of all the Tasks assigned to each Person.
We're working on a larger "resource planner" feature that will address this issue, which we hope to have by early next year. In the meantime, I'm happy to brainstorm with you on ways around this. Let me know if either of the above two options sounds like it'd work.
