If I go through a trial version of Shotgun, and I want to go on and buy a seat, can I transfer all the info input in the trial into the paid version or do I need to re-input the info again?

  Hi Lisa,
  Thank you for your email and question! Your trial site becomes your official Shotgun site upon signing up, so there will be no need to transfer any data/redo any setups, it will all still be there.   I would like to know, once the trail period is expired how we can initiate payment via online. I am not able to find any option in your site or inside in the trail shotgun account. Please suggest.

  Hi Surendra,

  When your trial was nearing its end, you should have received an email with login credentials for the account management site which is located at this address:

  https://shotgunsoftware.com/accounts/

  If you no longer have that email, you can fill out the "I forgot my password" form to retrieve your login credentials.
