how do I add shots and assets when getting error message?

HI,

I'm trying to add shots and assets to my account but I keep getting an error message:

You just ran into a bug. Sorry about that. We've collected some info about the bug that will help us fix it ASAP. If you have 5 seconds, can you send us the error details via email?

Details:create failed (reason_code 2): Create failed for [Task]: 'wtg' is an invalid value for 'Status' field on Task. Valid values are: ['fin', 'ip', 'hld', 'rdy', 'omt', 'cbb', 'ppr', 'wtp', 'cmpt'].

 

How do I proceed?  This has been happening all day.

    Hi Lily,

    Apologies the error message isn't very clear! What this error means is that as you're creating your Shot or Asset, the initial status you are setting (in this case, waiting) is not a valid choice, it does not exist in your status list. Try to select a different status at the time of creation and let us know if that works for you.

    Hey Brandon,

    I actually have tried a number of status choices and I keep getting this error message. Any suggestions?
