We want to have a default facility-wide project to track facility assets like comp elements and HDRIs, but right now as best we know we need to manually add everyone to this project. Can we make it so that all users are on it, always?

Armando Ricalde Hi Andy,
We do something similar with our producers. We have a trigger that whenever a new project of some type is created all the users in the group producers are added to the project. For new users created afterwards that meet a criteria you should have another trigger to automatically add them to past projects.
