Why is there no save option after I modify a form layout?

I am trying to modify the New Ticket form for the Ticket entity (see attached screenshot). I do this by bringing up the New Ticket form, clicking "Configure layout..." and modifying it.

According to the docs ( https://support.shotgunsoftware.com/entries/108902-Global-Default-Layouts-for-pages-forms-and-tabs-#customizing_form ) a save option should appear after I modify the layout, but I'm not seeing one. I can see that the interface has changed slightly since the doc screenshots were taken, so I'm not sure if I'm looking in the wrong place, or if this is a bug?

How can I permanently save the layout after I've modified it?

    Hi David,

    Thanks for reporting this, unfortunately there was a bug that got introduced in Shotgun 6.3.5 where the prompt to save form layouts was no longer appearing. We are working on a fix for this but in the meantime you can still edit create forums by navigating to the admin menu and then selecting Default Layouts > Entity Type > Entity Form (see attached screenshots). From this view when you amend the create form, the save dialogue will still appear.
