Error in Softimage 2013SP1

Hi,

one of our artists gets this error in Softimage 2013SP1(Windows) if it was launched from "asset actions"

' ERROR : Shotgun: Could not start engine: 'module' object has no attribute 'Slot'

What may be the cause? Where should we start looking.

Just as a quick followup to this thread, we have found and fixed the bug that was causing this! Version 0.2.7 of the Softimage engine has been released so if anyone else is having the same problem, try updating your softimage (run the tank updates command) and the problem will hopefully be solved!
