Nuke Write Node issues...

Hello all - I'm trying to use a Mono DPX Write node in Nuke, and I'm getting an error [Errno 2] No such file or directory:" 

I've attached a screen shot.

If I click on Jump To Filesystem, it opens the destination folder in Finder....and all my permissions are wide open.

Any ideas?
