Error reported while loading Toolkit actions: Could not find the configuration

We are running sgtk on Mac 10.10.2.  I have set up a job on a shared disk that all users can access.  I am able to use the toolkit and software through the web interface as well as the desktop from my machine no matter who I log in as.  As soon as we log in to SG from another machine, the toolkit kicks back this error: 

"Error reported while loading Toolkit actions:  Could not find the configuration"

I assume this has everything to do with the path I gave the configuration during the initial setup.  The location is basically looking at this: /Volumes/diskname/studio/software/shotgun/job/

I'm not very versed in pipeline matters or scripting, but I suspect the config is looking for something before "/Volumes/"?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
