    Noted, Mike!

While we're here, any thoughts on how the app workflow for Mari should feel?  A few questions here off the top of my head.  Is it safe to assume clients will want to template out the Mari cache location so that it would be consistent for all artists, or could this vary due to artist preference, machine setup, etc.?  Are you using UDIM all the way or is converting to another format an important feature?  What should the Mari publish output look like in Shotgun?  We're thinking one publish (as a folder, presumably) or at least not a ton of publishes (i.e. not one for each tile) is the way to go, but that would be good to validate.

In general, just curious to hear more about what folks would need as part of v1 to help scope things, as well as get a sense for the direction beyond v1...

    Thanks!

    Ryan.

We're just beginning a texture workflow for Mari so I'll be able to give more feedback when we settle on best practices.

    Hey Ryan

I see that this happened today, I don't see the app listed with tank app_info. Where can we get it. I would love to get this going for my students this trimester.

    Hi Steven!

I'm so sorry for missing your initial message!  The easiest way to get going with the Mari integration is to set up a new test project and start from our default config, as that will add in the engine and the apps (new and existing), configured properly as a baseline.

Let me know if you're still having trouble getting access to the integration and we'll help you work through it.  Hopefully you're already well on your way to using it though...  :)

    Ryan.

No problem. I'll do that and give it a whirl.
