Start in full screen

It appears 3.10.9 when set to "start in full screen" it now always defaults to the secondary monitor. Is there a way to choose a monitor. In the past it would open on the main, this may have been by luck. it appears to be doing it both on win7 and osx.

    Hi Matt,

    You can use the "-screen n" command-line arg to make RV open on the nth screen.  We have a request to make this a preference as well, which I think we'll try to sqeeze in soon.
