Hi,
I'm wondering if there's a way to script the creation of a custom layout. So, something similar to the Manual Layout mode, but where my script does all the work. I checked briefly and didn't see anything in the reference manual or Mu API (but I could have missed it). Wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.
Almost forgot: I'm working from within a Python package.

Hi Ray,
Here is an example I created for another user that shows how to create custom layouts of either three or four column layouts of the loaded sources. Please take a look and let me know if this has the kind of answers you are looking for.
