is it possible, when exporting annotated frames, to not set a custom name, but the add the sources name as output? With some kind of expressions...
Or at least embed the source-filename in the image?
Or do I have to write a custom plugin to do that?

Hi Dominic,
That ability does not exist out of the box with RV. When exporting files you provide a common basename and all of the output files match that basename. The way export is structured the export process does not know anything about the sources being exported. If you wanted to name the exported files differently then you would either need to do multiple exports with ranges that matched the subsections you were targeting or write a script to rename the exported files after export completes.
