currently when dropping an RV Session onto an existing RV Window it states "replace session". It would be nice to have "append/concatenate session" too.
We have sequence based RV session files, and to view the changes between sequences it would come handy to just append those sessions.
Sort of a Sequence out of Sequences...

That's a good idea. We've thought about some way to merge sessions but it's not done yet. I think we will put this on the roadmap as we have had a few requests for it recently.
In a single session it is possible to have mutliple sequences and to make sequences of sequences. In that case, you have to load all of the media into RV first then you can make sequences out of any sources, stacks, layouts, etc. And of course you can make a sequence of sequences.

Alan added a 'merge session' option to RV 3.10.9 which we released yesterday. It does not have a drop target yet (next time) but you can use it from the file->merge menu.
