Reset stereo offsets.

Hi guys,
 Just a little request for something that's come up a few times here.

 It'd be great to have a command to reset the 'Global Relative Eye Offset' and the 'Global Right Eye Only Offset' to 0. It can be a bit tricky interactively adjusting these back to 0.0 exactly.  Something equivalent to the 'Reset All Color' command.

    Hi Ben,

    Copy that, we'll add something in the next release.

    But remember also that you can always hit Return and type "0" instead of trying to interactively slide to 0.

    Marking this "Done" beacause there's a workaround, but we'll still add a "reset all stereo offsets" item during the 3.10 beta process.
