I just realized that we can't set or save the custom matte selection in a session file. Since we have odd sizes due to stereo, the custom mattes are a boon. It's just a pain for the user to mouse around to set them every time.
Also - I spent some time on this awhile ago but didn't have any luck: is there a way to assign hotkeys or a hotkey that works like control-m to the mattes, or even have control-m cycle through the custom mattes after the internally defined mattes?
