It would be great to be able to filter the suggested names when assigning tasks, depending on the department. This could be an option, with some previous "matching" between departments and pipeline steps to make it work. There could be a "more" option at the bottom of the list, to show the rest of the people.
Sometimes the Groups aren't the best solution, because you want to find some specific operator.
