RV -networkConnect flag should allow for using a default value when none is entered

We've heard from some of you that you'd like the -networkConnect flag in the commandline version of RV to behave the same way the UI Network Configurations work.  A default port is specified and used if it is not changed.  It would be nice if the commandline behaved the same way and used the default port specified in the UI.  Vote here to show your support!
