I have five clients I want share playlists with as I go on. can I make a group of the 5 emails and just enter the group name?

1) Can you please tell me more about your playlists? How do you create those? Are they RV session files or some kind of state in RV?
2) Can you please tell me more about what you mean by " can I make a group of the 5 emails and just enter the group name?". I don't think RV has a mechanism to email at the moment. Is this a feature added through Screening Room?
