I have an external vendor doing a large number of tasks that are all named the same ("mocap cleanup") - this should not be a problem as they should be able to see the shot number associated with it. However what they're seeing is not the same as what I'm seeing, and I can't figure out how to change their view settings to display the task information. I'm attaching an image - what they're seeing is on the top, what I'm seeing is on the bottom. I need to get them configured to see what I'm seeing - where do I set that?
