Ability to "insert task" in a schedule rather than have it added to the bottom of the list

Please add the ability to choose where in a table a new task is added. Insert above, insert below, up/down arrows, drag and drop, whatever. Just some way to dictate where in the table the task is added or a way to re-position it rather than always having it added to the bottom of the table.
