[tk-shotgun-launchpublish configuration] Same error everytime

Hello,

I setted up this data structure in shotgun :

> CustomEntity01 ("Artefact")

    > Pipeline Task "PH"

        > Published file <path_to_scene>/scene.max linked to this task

I installed shotgun desktop and the Toolkit.

My tank command is working (I'm on Windows)

First : when I launch the command :

tank install_app asset tk-shotgun tk-shotgun-launchpublish

I get this message :

ERROR: The configuration for engine 'tk-shotgun' located in the environment file 'E:\shotgun_pipeline_config\test_project\config\env\asset.yml' has
a reference to another file ('@settings.tk-shotgun.asset'). This type of
configuration arrangement cannot currently be automatically modified - please edit it by hand!

I'm probably missing something there (probably the "asset" part that should be "CustomEntity01" or "Artefact" (if so should I create a artefact.yml ?), I dont know...

I am now trying to make the button "Open in associated application" to work on shotgun webapp

When I click on it I keep getting the same message :

"Failed to launch an application for this published file: Engine tk-shotgun cannot initialize - the pick environment hook was not able to return an environment to use, given the context PH, Artefact <asset name>. Usually this is because the context contains insufficient information for an environment to be determined."

With the doc, I understood that I should configure my app with the hook & creating a specific .yml environment in /config/env

Unfortunately I didn't manage to make it work, and the doc is not very friendly for people that are not used to the system, and I didn't find any clear tutorials about that :/

Could you please tell me how my files should be set up for this to work? And what I should do

I also have some further questions, but each one at a time :)

Thanks in advance !!
