We've heard from clients how they like being able to share filters between users and groups. Currently, that share operation creates a copy of that filter for the specified people with which it is shared. This can become problematic if those filters then need to be updated.
A proposed fix is that when a filter is shared, it is instead added to a "filter library" of sorts. Those filters are then shared amongst users. This way, if the filter in the library is updated, all those with access to it will also get the update.
What are your thoughts? Is there any other expanded functionality we should consider when looking at shared filters?
