Disabled user accounts

What happens to user comments if that user is disabled (as in removed from the billing system)? The production I'm working for would like to save the $30 p/mo and have the director use either the admin account or have him access as a client. If we remove him from the system will we lose comments added over the last 29 days?

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for your question! If you disable a user, you will still see them listed throughout Shotgun, only with the disabled user icon next to their name, rather than an active one. So any comments already made by your director will persist if you disable their account.

    If you only need the director to leave feedback on media, sharing things with them via the Client Review Site should keep things simple and focused for them.
