We have senior and junior artists in our department, and the amount of time the each use on a given task is different.
When we do our bidding it is always from a senior perspective.
It would be a good feature if Shotgun added this feature to the general UI, so it is possible to add a skill factor on the artists - so that their bidding time is scaled to their needs.
So I.e. a tasks bid is 16hrs, but the junior actually needs 32 hours to complete the task. So the junior artist would see that he/she had 32 hrs available. But in my big picture, the bid and timelog is corrected via a skill factor to the the actual bidding
