I can make posts, just like this one, but I can't write replies. There is a field in the bottom of the page where I can type text but no submit button.
I've tried chrome, edge and firefox with no luck.

Very strange! I don't see the reCAPTCHA and submission button until after I've clicked into and typed something into the reply box. Have you given that a try? I'm realizing if the problem is deeper than that you won't be able to reply to this.
