I'm using a Surface Pro to review shots, but am unable to make draw over annotation with the pen. On my desktop computer, the solution was to turn off Windows Ink, but I don't know if I can do that on the Surface tablet. Is this a problem others have encountered?

Thanks for the report! The web player hasn't been updated yet to make full use of inputs from the Surface Pro.
Are you using RV in your review workflow? If so, the Surface Pro works great in that environment for annotations.

Paula Decanini Yes, I've used the RV annotation tool, but we were trying to keep notes for reviews in one place in Shotgun. Is there an easier way to add the notes from RV to Shotgun that doesn't involve extra steps of exporting marked frames and uploading them to the Web Player?
Also, are there plans to make those updates for the Surface Pro anytime soon?

Brandon Foster There aren't updates coming to the web player in the near term as far as I'm aware.
If you're using the Screening Room integration for RV, playing a Version from Shotgun will give RV context, and the ability to submit Notes directly against that Version.
