i get there error on several users even though all the permissions are set to allow client review site access for their permissions group.
any idea what would cause this?
the name originally had an Å - å character in it which i thought may cause issues, but we change the name and still the issue persists.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

hey, we have just solve this. the user was not part of the correct project. we added them to the project and this was resolved.
it would be awesome if this prompted to add the user to the project rather than failing in an unclear way. :-)
