If time logged goes higher than the bid on a task, effort remaining goes negative. I can't imagine anyone want it to work this way?
When having multiple tasks and one of them goes over time, the effort remaining summary is incorrect. The bid on remaining tasks must still be the number to work with. Now the behind schedule task actually deducts time from the total.
If effort remaining didn't go below zero, I would find it logical to use and a very valuable tool.
Am I missing something?
