Client fields?

Is it possible to add a field for clients that have projects sitting beneath them?  We generally deal with multiple clients with multiple project per client on a day to day basis.  So I can foresee our Shotgun layout getting very cluttered with the dozens of projects that are difficult to tell which client they are from.
