Database concurrency problems

Hi Shotgunners!

As I entered the command "Create Folders" or "Launch Nuke", "Launch Maya" and so on....

Shotgun writes this Error

ERROR: Database concurrency problems: The path '\\SERVER\Projects\Maya_publish_jj\sequences\Seq_002' is already associated with Shotgun entity {'type': 'Sequence', 'id': 83, 'name': 'Seq_002'}. Please re-run folder creation to try again.

I have not found anywhere in the shotgun site nothing how to solve this error or how to "re - run folder creation"

I find it a bit funny because i should re - create folders but the error occured just while i want create folders.....

    We had a similar error on our side.

    ERROR: Could not create folders on disk. Error reported: Database concurrency problems: The path '/squeeze/Data/[redacted]/shots/S01/S01_E01/S01_E01_SEQ01/S01_E01_SEQ01_SH010/Render' is already associated with Shotgun entity {'type': 'Step', 'id': 21, 'name': 'Render'}. Please re-run folder creation to try again.

    In our case this was caused by a Task using an invalid Pipeline Step (ex: an Asset PipelineStep on a Shot Task).
