Uncharted Territory (and I assume many other studios) would like to see a way to filter by an exact date for date fields (date_created, etc.) One of our producers who is coming from FileMaker and learning Shotgun is frustrated that she cannot filter by an exact date (which seems like an obvious feature) and I have to admit was a little shocked that it was missing too.
Ideally, it would allow you to filter by exact date, a range of dates or before/after a date. The current behavior of grouping or clustering dates doesn't include dates in their names so it is hard to relate the grouping to certain dates without looking them up.
