how can I make a group the default for "TO" on my notes?

I would like to make a group on a project the default for "To" on my emails in Notes.  How can I do that?

  Hi Michele,

   

  Right now we don't have a feature *exactly* like this, where you can make defaults per project, but you can make a page with defaults, and as long as you create the notes from that page they will always get the defaults you have defined.

   

  Here's how it works:  

   

  - setup a Notes page in your project (or tab or Dashboard widget) that has a filter like this:  'To' > 'Includes' > 'Michele Jeffers':

  

   

  - Now notice that when you click the '+' button from the menu bar to create a new note, 'Michele Jeffers' is already in the 'To' field:

  We also have a feature request ticket for setting up default values for new entity forms which I've linked to your request. No ETA yet but it's definitely on the radar.
