  Hi Joanna,

  Thank you for your question. You can change the Project link of any Entity (Task, Shot, Version, Asset etc) by displaying the Project field on that Entity and changing it to the new Project, please see the image below:

  

  This will unlink the Entity from the existing Project and link it to the new Project. Another option would be to duplicate the existing Entity and then change the duplicate's Project link to the new Project, allowing you to keep the history of the existing Project.
